What is a Tiny Chaos Mystery Scoop?

Tiny Chaos Mystery Scoop is our way of organising the chaos: sealed, packed, and delivered with a little suspense. Each order is a surprise bundle of curated items selected through our signature “scoop” concept. Inside our container, different beads represent different surprise items. When you order, we scoop the beads and your chaos begins. 🌪️

Every bundle is unique. No two chaos boxes are exactly the same. Requests may be considered, but are not guaranteed. That’s where the magic (and the chaos) lives.

By placing an order with Tiny Chaos Chronicles, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Mystery Scoop Nature

Tiny Chaos Mystery Scoop Orders are surprise products.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Items are randomly selected

• Specific items, colours, styles, or tiers are not guaranteed

• Product images are examples only

• Not all tiers appear in every order

3. Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the mystery nature of scoop orders, items cannot be exchanged or refunded based on preference.

However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

• Faulty or damaged items may be eligible for replacement or refund.
• Proof of issue (photo evidence) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Sourcing & Branding

Items are curated from a variety of local and international suppliers. Tiny Chaos Chronicles is not affiliated with any brands unless explicitly stated.

All items are selected to match our aesthetic and theme.

5. Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect address information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tiny Chaos Chronicles is not liable for minor variations in colour, style, or packaging presentation due to supplier changes or seasonal availability.

7. Safety and Suitability

Tiny Chaos Mystery Scoops may include small accessories and collectible items.Some pieces may not be suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts. Adult supervision is recommended. Customers are responsible for assessing product suitability for the intended recipient.

8. Shipping & Dispatch

Shipping cost is calculated based on postcode and parcel weight.

Orders are packed and shipped with tracking, dispatched within 2–5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, Tiny Chaos Chronicles is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Privacy Notice

When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, contact details, and order information.

This is used only to process your order, arrange shipping, and contact you regarding your purchase.
